- 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shredded Baby Swiss
- 1 cup half and half
- ¼ lb. black forest ham, chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cheese and ham evenly in the pie shell.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie shell.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the quiche is golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
