Ingredients

  • 18 - (1"x ¼") sticks Ursario (cut from ½ lb. block)
  • 18 pitted Medjool dates
  • 6 slices uncured bacon, cut crosswise into thirds

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Stuff one piece of Ursario into each date.
  3. Wrap one piece of bacon around each date and use a toothpick to secure.
  4. Arrange dates on a baking pan and bake for about 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
