Ingredients

4 slices sourdough bread
Dijon mustard
4 slices prosciutto
4 slices Middlefield Swiss
4 leaves of loose leaf green lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
2 slender pickle slices
Radishes

Preparation Steps

(SERVES 2)

  1. Spread mustard onto one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On one slice of bread, layer the ingredients in the following order: 2 leaves of lettuce, prosciutto slices, tomato, pickle and Swiss cheese.
  3. Top with a second slice of bread.
  4. Serve with radishes for a healthy, crunchy side.
