- 4 slices sourdough bread
- Dijon mustard
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices Middlefield Swiss
- 4 leaves of loose leaf green lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 slender pickle slices
- Spread mustard onto one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice of bread, layer the ingredients in the following order: 2 leaves of lettuce, prosciutto slices, tomato, pickle and Swiss cheese.
- Top with a second slice of bread.
- Serve with radishes for a healthy, crunchy side.
